Description
• The Federal Operations Lead will help drive organizational success. • This role involves overseeing all aspects of Ditto Federal operations, including, but not limited to: project budgets, HR, security compliance, travel, staffing initiatives, IT, contracting, and resource management. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with the federal government.
Requirements
• Operations at a government-focused subsidiary or business unit. • Proven track record of streamlining standard operating procedures. • Deep understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. • Established network within the Federal government. • Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams. • Ability to characterize and speak to complex business problems. • Strong strategic and analytical skills. • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business strategies. • Comfortable working with spreadsheets to update budget and financial performance. • Must be a US citizen.
