Description

Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication in order to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions. Drive named partner sales through established partners, continuously refining and optimizing our co-sell strategies. Build partner-sourced pipeline growth by actively identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into opportunities. Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close co-sell deals. Work across the organization to build product partner materials for both internal and external parties. Monitor and report on the progress of co-sell opportunities, ensuring alignment with revenue targets. Identify and onboard new strategic partners aligned with Deepgram's product offerings and target markets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact partner co-sell initiatives.

Requirements

Proven track record in business development, partner management, or sales roles within the technology industry. Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and co-selling activities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals
