Description

• Collaborate with Sales team to identify and target strategic accounts that fit our ICP and prioritized plays using outbound cadences (~60% of focus) • Take ownership of Marketing leads to continue to build on initial interest and develop a willingness to consider, intent to act and book a qualified meeting with Sales (~40% of focus) • Understand hospital pharmacy challenges and pain points and be able to articulate how Bluesight can help them • Establish new business relationships with potential customers to facilitate a seamless handoff to sales executives • Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce and Apollo

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably sales or in a sales department • Excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone and email • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of a company in an articulate and professional manner • Strong intellectual curiosity, listening and empathy skills • Effective time management skills: ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail • High energy and achievement-driven • Adaptive and flexible - this is an evolving role at Bluesight • Open to feedback and coaching, seek opportunities to learn and grow • Passion for helping customers solve complex problems with innovative technology • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, a plus • Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Definitive Healthcare, a plus
