• Prospect new leads and manage to generate sufficient pipeline growth. • Develop, qualify and close opportunities • Grow and develop channel partners to generate leads and prospect meetings while leveraging DeepSeas sales model • Achievement of sales quota goals; drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers. • Plan and participate in sales events and channel partner trainings that will drive new opportunity pipeline within territory. • Deliver on-line and face-to-face presentations highlighting DeepSea capabilities while leveraging technical and corporate resources. • Consistently promotes positivity, helpfulness and resourcefulness with customers having the goal of exceeding expectations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce accurate, punctual reports, as required and thoroughly share information with others. • Proficient in ensuring customer satisfaction, setting realistic expectations, owning and solving customer challenges and obstacles. • Exceed expectations through efforts to provide customer satisfaction, setting realistic expectations, and by owning and solving customer challenges. • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to seek constructive feedback, build relationships and able to quickly adapt to change. • Capable of developing realistic plans, goal setting, resource management, contingency planning, coordinating and cooperating with others. • Capable of making thoughtful, systematic decisions under pressure in a timely manner. • Experienced in anticipating and preventing problems in addition to overcoming obstacles. • Promote the company’s team spirit, work ethics, and service-oriented culture. • Seek opportunity to improve the company’s process and systems through initiating changes where necessary and appropriate.
