Description

• Build technical relationships with prospects and deliver compelling product demonstrations. • Own running demos and proof of concepts, gathering success criteria, system configuration, and training. • Work closely with Account Executives to identify customer requirements and present Dialpad solutions.

Requirements

• Technical curiosity and excitement about delivering technology solutions. • Demonstrated experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI technologies (5-8 yrs preferred). • Enterprise-level Sales Engineering experience with a SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS company. • In-person demo experience and public speaking comfort. • Experience working with C-level and Executive-level prospects. • Dabbles in scripting languages such as Javascript and Python.
