• Assist sales with discovery with clients to understand technical and process challenges in order to establish current state, next steps in maturing processes and future vision. • Collaborate on building and delivering compelling solution demonstrations based on client requirements and best practices. • Collaborate with sales to build and deliver business justifications to senior executives, IT Managers and client procurement. • Leverage your knowledge of delivering applications using an automated CI/CD process to frame value-based discussions. • Use your skill of articulating technology vision aligned with Digital Transformation, DevOps, DevSecOps and IT Operations to highlight our measurable business value. • Deliver well scoped and managed proof of concepts that integrate across multiple tools to drive automated incident response.

Requirements

• 3+ Year(s) of Experience in SaaS solution presales with additional experience in development, devops, consulting and customer success management. • Passionate about technical solutions and working with customers. • Experience with Cloud Native and Hybrid solutions. • Experience with JavaScript, or a working knowledge of common development languages to enable basic scripting. • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or similar certification/knowledge in a closely related field. • Experience or exposure to DevOps teams, tools, and culture: Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Configuration Management , Monitoring/management solutions, ITSM (helpdesk) solutions. • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. • Demonstrated history as a public technical or company advocate through roundtable discussions, webinars, blogs or other articles. • Strong ability to engage with clients and build relationships. • Team player, with strong self-starter attitude. • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner. • Travel up to 30%.
