Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, supplies, press pulls, and compliance with internal controls, ensuring all activities support sales objectives and operational efficiency. • Develop and manage showroom budgets, analyzing financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure profitability. • Ensure all showrooms adhere to VRAI’s visual standards, coordinating the setup of in-store displays, product launches, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. • Lead the construction of new showrooms across North America, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and on-budget completion. • Mentor and manage showroom teams, providing guidance on operational processes, and ensure high standards of service and efficiency.

Requirements

• +6 years experience in retail expansion and operations from a winning DtC brand. • Proven experience managing retail roll-outs across North America. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple showroom projects simultaneously. • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
