•Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering sales teams to excel? •Lead and Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team of Enablement Managers. •Develop and Execute Programs: Create comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement programs. •Coach for Success: Provide hands-on coaching to sellers and sales leaders. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, sales, SE, and other enablement teams. •Strategic Alignment: Work in alignment with Global Vice Presidents in each region. •Content Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful sales enablement content.

Requirements

•Experience: A minimum of 10+ years in sales enablement or operations, with significant leadership and management experience. •Strategic Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and contribute to a high-performance culture. •Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern onboarding and ongoing enablement programs, coupled with experience in solution selling. •Communication Skills: Engaging presentation and coaching style with the ability to communicate effectively in both small and large group settings. •Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of sales effectiveness and enablement tool stacks. •Results-Driven: Demonstrated sense of urgency in meeting reporting deadlines and achieving results.
