Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation • Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills • Trial experience is a plus • Am Law 100 experience • Strong academic record; J.D. from accredited school; Law Review or Journal experience is a plus • Experience in Commercial Division of New York Supreme Court, New York County, and the U.S. District Court • Must be admitted to practice law in New York • Exceptional project management skills • Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills • Knowledge of rules of practice including CPLR and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure • Ability to draft pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, and settlement agreements • Ability to manage complex workload while maintaining priorities • Professional commitment and interpersonal skills needed for collaborative team environment • Prior federal law clerk experience is a plus
