Description

• Responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts • Oversee all aspects of campaigns • Work closely with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance teams • Serve as a mentor to other Account Managers • Recommend and implement strategies for client product needs • Educate customers about DoubleVerify product suite

Requirements

• 4+ years overall work experience • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution • Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Direct experience working at an advertising agency, publisher, ad network or demand side platform • Experience with Ad Serving technology • Comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace • Experience managing online media products and technologies • Self-motivated and a team player • Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management • Organized with attention to detail • Passion to drive new business success
