Description
• Lead the Audience Data Partnerships team inclusive of ID-based and Pre-Bid solutions • Partner with Product and Commercial teams to develop a strategic roadmap • Maintain regular communications and checkpoints with partners • Work with commercial teams to evangelize, educate and grow the use of partner offerings • Facilitate communication internally and externally related to partnerships • Represent The Trade Desk’s Audience strategy and business by speaking at industry events • Manage, develop and grow a team of direct and indirect reports
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in partnership development and management with an emphasis on data used for targeting • A well-respected thought leader within the industry • Adept at both developing strategies and operating day-to-day within cross-functional teams • Manage initiatives in complex matrixed environments • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment • Experience with strategic partner management inclusive of vendor negotiation • Exhibit high emotional intelligence and integrity • Influence individuals at the executive level • Track record of helping direct reports grow their capabilities, responsibilities and careers
