• The Senior Account Manager owns the client-facing relationship, post-sale. • Provides superior client service through premium campaign management, relationship development, account retention & upsell activities. • Cultivating relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Diagnosing client needs and implementing strategies to help drive revenue for Nexxen. • Work as liaison between client and internal departments to coordinate campaign updates, upsell opportunities, and troubleshoot delivery issues. • Manage the campaign launch process from start to finish. • Utilize Salesforce and update internal systems for accurate campaign information. • Deep understanding of Nexxen's entire product offering and best practices for campaign effectiveness. • Proactively using data, trends, and insights to develop tailored campaign recommendations. • Tasked with supporting regional growth goals and being primary contact for customers.
• 4+ years in digital media or account management • Previous Account Management or Client Success experience strongly preferred • Self-motivated to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors • Process oriented with a strict attention to detail • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills • Understanding of programmatic, ad tech, self-serve DSP's, SSP’s, market and auction dynamics a plus • Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of brand verification partners, Salesforce, brand safety partners and ad servers • PowerPoint and Excel skills, including pivot tables, chart marking, and manipulation of large data sets. • Proven verbal and written communication skills in a consultative, client-facing environment • BA/BS, or graduate degree preferred with a strong academic record
