• When it comes to identifying sales opportunities, our Sales Development Representatives #OWNsIT! Sales Development Representatives work closely with the Sales Development Manager to handle lead generation throughout the process from data points to demos. This is a great opportunity for people with 1-2 years of experience to join a dynamic team and become a world class sales professional. The Sales Development Representative contributes to obtaining sales quotas, cleanliness of our market database (one of sales most prized possessions!), and helping prospects determine how our products can help them best run their business. Data Mining and Prospecting • Utilize modern CRM and lead generation software • Conduct routine monitoring of industry new licensing • Become proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Create and maintain clean lead databases • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to coordinate efforts and support quarterly planning • Bring Your ideas! With our smaller team your contributions go far! • Cold Calls, Warm Calls, and Campaign Calls • Learn questioned based approach to understanding a prospects pain points • Willingness to engage in conversations that may results in a no today with the understanding that it may be a yes tomorrow. • Managing your own top of funnel stats to meet agreed to demo count KPIs • Following up with ranked prospects on the backs of email marketing campaigns • US Market focused with the opportunity for international expansion • Manage Inbound Funnel • Being first key person to engage with web lead prospects with our agreed to KPIs • Taking a prospect -> demo, engaging in chat • LEARN Our sales team is a collaborative, learning culture. Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales development experience or related efforts • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience. • Bonus: Experience working within Retail Energy
