Description

• Responsible for leading the team that drives end-customer experience and retention outcomes across our ecosystem of device partners and client programs • Combine a quantitative approach to lifecycle marketing with creativity and a passion for building excellent customer experiences

Requirements

• 6-8 years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on email automation and customer engagement • Ability to analyze data sets, navigate ambiguity, and translate insights into action • Strong managerial and/or project management experience • Robust knowledge of the marketing technology landscape • Well informed opinions on marketing creative and customer experience best practices • An eye for the details and ability to focus on multiple projects at once • Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable insights
