Description

• Instrumental in driving the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic B2B sales • Develop and implement effective sales strategies focusing on demand generation • Cultivate strong relationships with SDRs, engineers, and company leadership • Engage in active client interaction with understanding of building operations and energy management • Manage and update client information in Salesforce or similar CRM

Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B sales/development experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets • Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university (B.A. or B.S.) • Strong understanding of the proptech/commercial and multi-family market • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Process and detail-oriented • Prior experience and knowledge of building operations and energy management prioritized
