• Promote a positive health and safety culture across the workplace. • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and ensure all H&S obligations are met. • Develop and implement H&S policies and procedures. • Lead incident investigations and work with managers to recommend improvements. • Issue and maintain records of PPE. • Deliver H&S training, toolbox talks, and safety communications. • Stay updated on H&S legislation to ensure compliance. • Develop and revise compliance programs to meet business needs. • Train employees on compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements. • Liaise with external consultants and coordinate compliance data with other departments. • Ensure adherence to legal and statutory updates, responding to new regulations in a timely manner. • Provide training to ensure that compliance procedures are understood and followed.
