Description

• Help organizations improve ROI by using synthetic populations to simulate the impact of strategies and interventions for critical business decisions • Execute against sales and marketing strategies • Refine the sales motion as the company grows into new verticals • Build trust-based relationships with prospects • Understand buyer's perspective and pain points to offer tailored solutions • Prioritize providing value and solving problems over simply pushing a product • Focus on long-lasting business relationships • Cultivate relationships resulting in sales and closing deals • Build client relationships within a specific vertical • Prospect, develop, and close business • Inform marketing and product decisions based on customer feedback • Increase the total number of qualified opportunities • Work closely with leadership, marketing, data science, and engineering teams • Be a steward of the Epistemix brand

Requirements

• BA/BS required • 8+ years of field sales experience preferred • 5+ years of experience focused on generating new business with enterprise accounts • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships • Closed sales quota of $1M+ of ARR per year • Experience and proven track record of selling data, analytics, and services • Ability to explain complex solutions to decision makers • New business sales focus • Excellent communicator, presenter, and relationship manager • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment • Self-aware, curious, and driven • Ability to understand how data, simulation, machine learning, and AI are complementary • Computer, printer, and cell phone capabilities • Professionalism and appropriate decorum • Maintain a professional physical image • Familiarity with HubSpot, MS Office, Keynote, Zoho, Slack, Monday, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google software
