• Confidently guide customers through the life insurance buying process • Educate customers on final expense insurance and provide a world class customer experience • Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails and SMS • Build relationships and instill trust with customers to drive conversion targets • Partner with colleagues to execute team and company goals • Manage a pipeline of customers and perform follow-up through the purchasing process • Drive referral activity by creating positive customer experiences
• 2-3 years of experience in Final Expense Life Insurance telesales • Strong proficiency working with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software • Strong sales track record and exceptional sales techniques with the ability to overcome customer objections • Strongly prefer sales candidates that are bilingual in English and Spanish • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Ability to identify friction points for the customer and come up with solutions • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Can adapt to changes quickly • Incredible drive to win • Quick learner comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excellent communication skills including strong phone presence • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
