• Looking for a Recruiter with expertise in AI/machine learning research and biology/biotechnology. • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Biology, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on roles in machine learning research. • Experience recruiting in computational biology and biotechnology industries. • Experience with Greenhouse recruiting platform. • Understanding of machine learning concepts and/or biotechnology research. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
