• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with ModernFi's business objectives • Lead full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding • Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards • Implement and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment efforts • Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance ModernFi's reputation as an employer of choice • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices • Lead and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS • Proven track record of successfully building teams in high-growth environments • Strong understanding of various recruitment channels and sourcing strategies • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus • Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment • High EQ, trustworthy, and calm under pressure • Interest in financial systems, markets, technology, and banking
