Description

• ASM’s main objective is to lead / assist with optimizing End-to-End supply chain cost while ensuring best in class supply performance • Collaborates seamlessly with NPD, marketing and other cross functional teams • Drives strategic supply partnerships with assigned suppliers • Plays a main role in collecting, analyzing and reporting of supplier performance data • Provides data analytical support for senior management as needed • Helps the supply chain to operate in a way that allows PCH to provide exceptional service with minimal costs and without unnecessary delays or complications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3-5+ years of supply chain experience • Excellent analytical & managerial skills • Strong attention to details • Self-starter: ability to work independently without close supervision • Ability to work will in a dynamic, fast paced team environment • Balances multiple and competing priorities, and executes accordingly • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Data analytical skillset • Attention to details so ensure data accuracy and completeness • Problem-solving skills • Decision-making skills • Communication skills • Negotiation skills • Willingness and openness to acquire other appropriate skill set as required by the business • Capacity to learn and flexibility to adapt • Travel: 5% ability to travel via car, plane, rail.
