Description

• Responsible for ideating, executing, and optimizing scaled lifecycle journeys. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Design, Analytics, and Operations. • Turn rich customer data into effective and dynamic email campaigns at scale. • Analyze campaign trends and develop actionable insights for the organization. • Tailor strategies for international markets while maintaining a consistent global brand voice. • Integrate models into the customer lifecycle for increased segmentation and personalization. • Oversee technical execution of campaign deployment and leverage new marketing technologies. • Optional: Work with design team to create visually compelling assets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing lifecycle campaigns, focused on optimizing for down-funnel metrics (conversion, revenue, etc.). • Analytical with a structured approach to solving problems. • Experience with marketing automation tools (Braze, Mailchimp, or similar comprehensive CRM systems). • AB testing knowledge and experience. • Experience working cross-functionally to generate new insights and develop testing ideas. • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing processes. • Excellent written & oral communication skills and ability to communicate insights crisply to various stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace, constantly changing environment.
