Description

•Drive regional marketing efforts to generate demand and accelerate pipeline growth. •Develop and execute field marketing strategies tailored to specific regions and accounts. •Plan, coordinate, and manage field marketing events such as trade shows and webinars. •Collaborate with regional sales teams to create and execute regional marketing campaigns. •Work with the content team to develop region-specific marketing materials. •Coordinate event-related co-marketing activities with strategic partners. •Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities and optimize strategies. •Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact of initiatives.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. •5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. •Proven track record of managing successful field marketing programs and events that drive lead generation and brand awareness. •Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating compelling marketing content. •Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing marketing performance and optimizing strategies based on insights. •Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and field marketing software. •Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
