• Responsible and accountable for the creation and execution of infrastructure design and construction capital projects. • Ensure investments support the company goals and are maintained/replaced as needed. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project goals. • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction activities, including site preparation, procurement, construction, and commissioning. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies. • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, subcontractors, and vendors. • Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory. • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Construction Manager or a similar role. • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget. • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficient in construction management software, including scheduling, cost control, and document management tools. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce and stakeholders. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software • Self-starter; take charge, positive & proactive attitude. • Ability to communicate clearly within the organization and externally. • Demonstrable teamwork and maturity with a strong work ethic.
