Description
• Lead, coach, and develop all sales floor members • Manage inventory and ensure business needs are satisfied • Support strategic store management meetings • Ensure customer experience is maintained at the highest level • Act as a brand ambassador and expert in Stadium Goods Streetwear/Sneaker Marketplace • Contribute to positive customer service experience and inclusive workplace
Requirements
• Retail experience (3+ years) • Managerial experience (2+ years) • Experience with sneakers, footwear, streetwear, etc. • Knowledge of clientele and Customer Relations • Knowledge of Stockroom and Logistical function • Knowledge of effective scheduling • Prioritization skills • Computer proficient in G-Suite, Excel, POS systems, ERP systems, etc. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership values
Benefits
