• Lead and support a diverse team of managers and engineers responsible for developing and improving Figma's AI capabilities • Collaborate with product, engineering, AI research and data science teams to define strategic goals • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers • Drive innovation in 0->1 product areas
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager with at least 2 years of experience managing managers • Previous experience in driving the development and optimization of AI capabilities within a product • Excitement and curiosity for 0->1 product development
