Description

• Actively seek out and engage with potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, phone calls, virtual calls, and in-person events. • Qualify leads and conduct thorough research to understand customers’ pain points, requirements, and buying behaviors. • Engage with prospects through effective communication to articulate the benefits of Findigs’ solutions and establish interest & credibility in the company’s products and services. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement innovative strategies. • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-up calls for the sales team to move the needle forward in the sales cycle. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaigns. • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales efforts, interactions, and customer information in Salesforce. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to address customer inquiries and objections effectively. • Promote a fun and friendly-competitive environment by consistently exceeding your sales targets for qualified lead generation, demos completed, and other performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a relevant field • 0-2 years experience as a sales development representative with a track record of achieving sales quotas • Experience working with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound prospecting tools • Strong communication skills via phone and email • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Nice to haves: B2B, SaaS + Proptech experience, Experience working at a high growth product company focused on scale
