Description
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges. • Develop customized experiments and solutions that align with client requirements. • Work closely with the product management team to ensure solutions meet client expectations. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during pre- and post-sales processes. • Work and consult with the client to determine and configure tech implementations and analyze results. • Offer ongoing technical support to clients. • Conduct product demos to showcase the functionality and benefits of Firsthand solutions. • Create compelling proposals outlining proposed solutions and implementation timelines. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate representation of product functionality in proposals. • Address client inquiries and concerns, providing technical explanations in a clear and understandable manner. • Provide training to clients on the use and maintenance of Firsthand solutions. • Collaborate with the product team to create training materials and documentation for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
• 3+ years of demonstrated excellence in a similar role and tech company operating environment, ideally including adtech/martech experience. • Ability to immerse in the inner workings of complex and innovative new technology like AI to rapidly become a subject matter expert. • Passion for innovation and helping to define the future of media, marketing, and AI. • Outstanding written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, including with clients, product, engineering, and C-level executive audiences, with an aptitude for explaining technical concepts to non-technical people with high professional integrity. • Background in consulting and/or degree in computer science a plus.
