• 3-5 years in pre-sales, customer success, strategy consulting, or a related field • Proven experience with value selling methodologies • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present confidently and empathetically • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills • Ability to navigate complex conversations with diplomacy and problem-solving acumen • A solid understanding of technology in the workplace and digital transformation • Ability to adapt to various situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
