• Onboard new advertisers and monitor delivery and performance. • Resolve technical issues and provide technical recommendations. • Perform technical troubleshooting and solve issues. • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. • Design methodologies to improve customer service and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical solutions or technical support roles. • Experience working with SQL, Google Analytics, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, APIs and Mobile SDKs. • Experience with ad networks, DSPs, audience targeting, online measurement, ad operations and ad buying. • Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques. • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build effective relationships. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
