• Responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the WEM portfolio. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3-4 years in a product management role, although experience in associated departments will be considered. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise software products. • Strong understanding of workforce management, employee engagement, and contact center operations. • Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.
