Description
• Design and lead FP&A function • Manage financial model • Lead FP&A team • Provide detailed financial analysis • Work closely with senior management • Implement best practices in financial modeling • Prepare and present financial reports • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience • Experience in high-growth environments • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Leadership and team management skills
