Description

• Design, develop, and implement strategies to drive demand for Aera and other categories Gauntlet plays like perpetuals and (re)staking. • Collaborate with Product teams to define and execute joint strategies that align with Gauntlet's sometimes changing objectives. • Expand Gauntlet’s reach by managing partner marketing initiatives and participating in key industry events. • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and ROI. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BD, Product, and Content, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader company goals.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in growth marketing, focusing strongly on crypto/fintech industries. Proven experience in owning and executing marketing plans. • Deep understanding and active participation in the crypto space, particularly within DeFi and ideally DAOs. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Experience with A/B testing and marketing analytics tools. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing messages. • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong project management skills with excellent communication abilities across business and technical discussions.
