Description
• Support learners in Generation's Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales Development Representative (SDR) job training and placement program • Collaborate with Generation team members to fulfill job recruitment opportunities • Conduct 1:1 conversations with learners and provide feedback on applications/interview materials
Requirements
• Up-to-date understanding of employability essentials • Prior sales experience required, preferably in the tech or digital sector in a remote working environment • 2+ years of professional working experience in Human Resources, career coaching, and/or employment counseling
Benefits
• Paid full-time position (40 hours per week) • Contract role with a 4-month term, with the possibility to extend up to 8 months • Remote work with access to strong WiFi
