Description

• Coordinate and implement targeted marketing activities for sales growth. • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of GTM activities. • Provide training and support to the sales team on GTM strategies. • Oversee the Proposal Desk, manage proposal templates, and ensure accuracy. • Collaborate with teams to gather information ensuring proposals align with GTM strategies. • Track, report on GTM initiatives and proposal performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in GTM strategy execution, and proposal writing, editing, and reviewing. • Proven experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a track record of developing successful proposals. • Ability to assist in creating persuasive, client-focused proposals that align with broader GTM strategies. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. • Proficiency in proposal management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
