Description
• Join as Vice President, Investment Origination • Work with portfolio managers on asset structures • Lead relationships with rating agencies • Develop models for internal and rating agency analysis • Manage documentation for on-balance sheet transactions
Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in structured products • 3 years of experience in project finance and/or infrastructure transactions • Familiarity across structured finance asset classes • Experience with structured finance legal documentation • Flexible and creative individual • Organized with high attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
