• Take ownership of various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet desired outcomes • Coordinate cross-functional efforts by working closely with different teams and stakeholders to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively • Support product development by assisting with documentation, ensuring all product-related information is accurately recorded and updated • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that can inform product development and marketing strategies • Enhance revenue operations by maintaining and supporting sales processes to streamline operations and drive business success • Provide responsive client support by addressing client requests and collaborating with the development team to ensure their needs are met • Embrace continuous learning by staying updated on industry trends, learning new technologies and skills, and applying innovative ideas to improve operations and drive growth • Ensure operational excellence by providing administrative and operational support across various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations • Assist in planning and organizing meetings by preparing materials, scheduling, and following up on actions to support efficient communication and decision-making across the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • 4 years of experience in an operations, business, or support role • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with different teams and clients • Proficiency in standard office applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes • A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
