Description

• Coordinates and oversees activities related to execution of in-service aircraft client requests. • Facilitates interdepartmental cohesiveness to ensure efficient fulfillment of warranty claims. • Proactively communicates with clients to keep them informed of their support requests. • Ensures client satisfaction by resolving inquiries and complaints. • Manages warranty claims from clients. • Coordinates effectively with other departments for prompt responses to clients. • Manages spare part orders and follows up on procurement activities. • Creates and tracks Service Orders and D365 sales orders. • Provides administrative support to the Client Support team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum three (3) years’ aerospace sales or administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Effective in communicating with diverse cultural groups. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively. • Ability to read and interpret RFQs and statements of work. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts. • Ability to solve practical problems under limited standardization. • Ability to interpret instructions in various forms. • Ability to work outside of core business hours as required.
