Description

• Own commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation for enterprise partnerships. • Build trusted relationships with sales, product, risk, and legal stakeholders. • Manage multiple high-visibility deals and provide counsel on business and legal needs. • Coach sales and partnerships teams on contract negotiations. • Develop scalable processes for deal review and contracts.

Requirements

• JD degree and a member of a State Bar/active license to practice law. • 5-7 years of transactional experience in a technology transactions department at a law firm or an in-house legal department with a high-growth technology company. • Experience drafting and negotiating complex enterprise SaaS agreements. • Experience providing counsel as a strategic partner to senior business leaders. • Experience supporting and empowering account executives throughout the commercial negotiation process. • Excellent communicator, strong negotiator and detail oriented drafting skills. • Highly responsive, accountable, growth mindset and service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to effectively prioritize and advance several deals simultaneously, often on tight deadlines and with leadership visibility. • A team player mindset (no job is too big or too small). • A collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, cross-functionally, and independently.
