• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within Sales and Go-To-Market functions • You have a knack for building strong relationships and trust with both candidates and hiring managers, enhancing the overall recruitment process • You’re ready to dive into any task, no matter how big or small, to effectively manage and support the recruiting function as the second GTM recruiter on our team • You have an analytical mindset and recognize the importance of tracking metrics to inform and optimize the recruiting process • You are highly organized, working with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
