Description

• Deliver complex projects across multiple work streams. • Regularly evaluate new GTM Ops technologies for improvement. • Proactively identify opportunities for seller productivity improvements. • Work closely with sales management to inspect workflows. • Maintain and improve analytics and reporting frameworks. • Ensure data accuracy across all GTM systems and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Business or Revenue Operations. • Deep knowledge of demand-gen, sales, and post-sales funnel tooling, activities, and administrative best-practices. • Crisp written and verbal communication skills. • Expert proficiency in core revenue tech stack technologies such as SFDC, Outreach, Gong, and enrichment providers. • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of ownership. • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
