• Own the recruiting process across Engineering, Product, and Design organizations • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding • Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and recruiting strategies • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Stay updated with technology and AI job market trends • Promote Hebbia AI's culture and values • Support the company goal of welcoming diversity in the workplace
• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally software engineers at a fast-growing startup • Strong familiarity with the machine learning, artificial intelligence, and current market trends • Proven track record of attracting top talent across various levels and engineering disciplines • Creativity in problem-solving and innovating across all stages of the hiring cycle • Excellent communication skills and experience influencing cross functional partners • Autonomous and excited about taking ownership over major recruiting initiatives • Extreme passion for learning, growth, and leadership
