Description
• As a Client Services Representative, maintain medical records and support the clinical team. • Cheerfully greet clients and visitors. • Proficiently register clients and process paperwork. • Triage emergency cases and send follow-ups. • Schedule patient appointments using Cornerstone. • Handle financial transactions and reconcile files. • Offer alternative payment options to clients. • Communicate ongoing projects efficiently. • Assist patients with medication refills. • Maintain confidentiality and safety of medical records. • Maintain client services and reception area according to safety guidelines. • Accept other job duties as needed.
Requirements
• Must have basic knowledge of office procedures and machines. • Proficient knowledge and competency of MS Office (especially Outlook). • Must possess excellent telephone skills and make a positive first impression on patients and visitors to the clinic. • Must have previous veterinary receptionist experience
