• Join the Sales & Marketing team as a Client Success Manager. • Collaborate with Account Managers on client accounts. • Develop strong customer advocates and trusted advisor relationships. • Create and execute Engagement Plans for onboarding and retention. • Monitor client health, adoption, and renewal metrics. • Provide new client onboarding and customized product demos. • Discover opportunities for additional products and services. • Collaborate with internal teams for technical needs resolution. • Provide client feedback to internal teams like Product Managers. • Participate in networking events to grow Rystad Energy brand. • Maintain client data and interaction records using sales tools. • Contribute to the vision and strategy of the Client Success team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • Experience in growing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention is highly desired. • Experience working with database products or SaaS is an advantage. • Energy and/or Financial background is required. • Experience in teams with multiple stakeholders. • Ability to prioritize and multitask, excellent organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Analytical mindset. • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
