Description

• Qualifying new leads and driving pipeline within territory • Understand customers' business challenges • Partner with Account Executives for discovery and demos • Accelerate conversion to S1 pipeline • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives • Work with Demand Generation on targeted campaigns • Develop, test, and iterate on tactics • Help improve SDR function at Hex • Provide input to engineering, product management, and marketing • Create and deliver accurate forecasts

Requirements

• Inbound/outbound SDR experience with a technical product • Excellent communication skills • Conduct prospect research and outreach personalization • Iterative mindset, comfortable experimenting • Enterprise experience beneficial but not required • Passionate/curious about data & analytics • Capable of managing a large pipeline • Willing to learn basic SQL • Enthusiastic team player, able to partner with cross-functional peers • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
