Description

• Provide thought leadership to complex customers. • Manage client accounts across global media and sports industries. • Develop relationships based on trust with clients. • Manage license renewal discussions for clients. • Drive Hootsuite value by providing customer insights. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Hootsuite products. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Advocate customer needs internally on product strategy. • Identify process gaps and suggest solutions. • Work closely with Support to prioritize client requests.

Requirements

• Experience in managing client accounts in media measurement tools. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong strategic vision for customer experience and support. • Strong analytical and consultative skills. • Proven track record of meeting renewal and retention targets. • Strong customer advocacy and relationship building. • Comfortable preparing and delivering executive business reviews. • Experience with customer success and CRM software. • Proactive team player with fresh user adoption ideas. • Genuine interest in helping others succeed.
