Description

• Develop and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives • Analyze marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to define and measure success of marcom campaigns • Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather and analyze data • Leverage advanced analytic techniques to forecast trends and optimize marketing strategies • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data and Analytics team to ensure alignment and integration of insights • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience • B2B and enterprise marketing experience • Proven experience in marketing measurement and analytics • Proficiency in analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy • Experience working in small and large organizations • Capable of making critical decisions under pressure • Excellent interpersonal skills • Experience with SQL and data manipulation preferred • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI preferred • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques preferred • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies preferred
