Description

• Collaborate with internal teams to handle various client processes, including: • Perform capital operations, bill pay, and general money movement. • Manage creation of assets and investments in Portfolio Management System. • Review Portfolio Management System for accuracy and completeness with respect to valuations, commitments, capital calls, distributions, etc.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, organized, results driven and solution-oriented. • 2+ years of Accounting or Operations experience within Hedge Fund, Private Equity/Venture Capital firm or Fund Administrator. • Experience with Addepar or other Portfolio Management Accounting System and Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees across multiple offices and time zones, as well as independently, to exceed clients’ expectations. • Strong Excel knowledge (construction of pivot tables, and use of VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs and similar formulas) • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to learn quickly and execute efficiently. • Client-centric mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. *Investor relations/services
