Description

• Performs duties to support HR operations for Independence Care System • Assist in creating, updating, and filing employee documents • Manage employee benefit data systems and invoices • Manage online learning system and payroll reporting • Respond to internal and external inquiries

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Proficiency in Windows operating system • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A desire to pursue a career in human resources • A genuine interest in and affection for people • At least 2 years of work experience
