Description
• Supports recruitment by sourcing viable candidates for assigned positions • Owns the new hire onboarding process • Effectively offboards employees as needed • Maintains and organizes personnel files • Owns HRIS and data integrity • Processes weekly and biweekly payroll for the organization • Assist in the maintenance and funding of employee and company HSA contributions • Support open enrollment for multi-state employees • Reconcile monthly benefit billing statements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or another relevant program • 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources or Business Administration • Previous experience with HRIS platforms preferred • Previous experience with payroll and benefits preferred
